Painter...Decorator... Well , Both!

I'm a plein air painter first and foremost, but I LOVE the world of decorating and designing. Recently, I have been working on paintings that will hang in "Let There Be Art!" show and sale at The Columbus Museum, March 17-25. This event is a fund raiser for the museum and was most successful last year. My watercolors and oils have a theme this year... interior and garden studies. More to come on this event...
Painting is my professional career, so therefore I have many paintings in the works at one time. Along with the nine museum pieces, I have been working on small watercolor studies for the Galleria Riverside, a commissioned oil 68"x72" for the RiverMill Event Centre and several commissioned watercolors.
HOWEVER, my sister-in-law has just hired me to decorate her fabulous home! She had dinner at my house a few weeks ago and fell in love with the designing style of my personal spaces. I told you I LOVE decorating, so thank goodness I have finished most of my current painting and can now put down my brush (temporarily) to focus on this new project! I will share a few "before" pictures with you.
We are extremely excited and hope you will enjoy the progress. Every room involved in the project has been named to coincide with a family member and their lifestyle, very fun!!
